You have the right to information about your personal data and the right to obtain from us the rectification, erasure or restriction of processing as well as the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. Where the processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent with effect for the future.

3.2 Rights related to data processing based on legitimate interests

In accordance with Article 21 (1) GDPR, you have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you which is based on Article 6 (1) (e) (data processing for tasks carried out in the public interest) and Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (data collection for the purposes of legitimate interests), including profiling based on those provisions. If you exercise your right to object, we will then no longer process your personal data, unless we can demonstrate compelling reasons for the processing worth protecting, which prevail over your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to enforce, exercise or defend legal claims.

4. Collection of personal data when visiting our website

When you contact us by email or using our contact form, we will store the information you provide us with (your email address and your name and the text of your message) to respond to your query. If we use our contact form to request information that is not required to establish contact, it will always be marked as optional.
